Ruth Messenger creates mixed media abstracts as a diary that reflects her experiences and thoughts. Australian born and later studying Graphic Design at Warwickshire Art College in England.

Having travelled extensively as a nanny and personally, Messenger uses photography and painting to capture the essence of her surroundings.

Influenced by the paintings of the Aborigines from her homeland and incorporating her design background, Messenger creates abstracts with acrylic paint, collage, copper and ink.
